What is in it
Items and warehouses
Stock items across one or more warehouses, with units, reorder levels and transfers between locations.
A movement for every change
Receipts, issues, adjustments, transfers, counts and returns are all recorded and never edited, so the stock level always has an explanation.
Low-stock alerts
A daily check notifies the right people when an item falls below its reorder level.
Purchase orders
Order from vendors, receive goods in part or in full, and let the cost of stock update itself.
Linked to sales
Stock is taken out when an invoice is issued or an order is delivered, and quotes warn when you are short.
Cost stays private
Stock cost and value are visible only to people with finance or stock-management permission.
